Interview
First, they missed my scheduled phone interview. I reached out and rescheduled. On the rescheduled date, I was prepared, and they missed the interview AGAIN. After this, I waited for them, since it was clearly unprofessional for them to miss not one but two phone interviews. After a few days, they reached out to reschedule. That phone interview was emotionless and a half hour long. 45 minutes after the interview, they sent me an email rejecting me. This was all over a three week period. To string someone along and miss two phone interviews for three weeks, just to reject them 45 minutes later just seems unprofessional and uncalled for.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GEICO (Poway, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was a pretty standard phone interview, however they asked twice if I was applying for other internships. I also had to send a follow up to get a phone interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (Houston, TX) in Nov 2021
Interview
Quick turnaround, very courteous and accommodating. The entire staff was extremely informative and, though there are a lot of steps in the process, they adequately support candidates throughout. The turnaround was very quick in between interviews and assessments, so it was great from a logistical standpoint.

Interview
A week later after submitting my resume and job application. I had a phone call interview. It was about 15 minutes. Very vague.. the recruiter explained the details about internship. Then, told that if selected, they will contact me to provide more details. Later the same day, they sent an email saying that I was not selected to move to the next stage of the recruiting process.
