Interview
I went through the interview process during June of 2020.
There was an initial, ~30-minute phone screen, a role play, and a manager interview. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, every part of the process was virtual.
When I got to the Manager interview stage, I arrived early as told to listen to the conversations ahead of time, and then entered the Virtual interview that I was told would be with a manager. I waited for 20 minutes and nobody showed up to the video call. After the fact, nobody from GEICO reached out to me to apologize or explain. I emailed the recruiter to pull my application from consideration and nobody reached out to me after that either. I do not recommend.

There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Interview
Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
