      The process was fairly extensive as it required an initial phone screen, personality and thought-process quizzes, and in-person interview with management followed by in-person computer testing. The in-person interview with management was pretty intimidating.

      Very tedious and took a long time. Some parts easier than others. The phone interview was the longest and most difficult. The in person interview was much easier and enjoyable.

      I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO

      There are 3 interview. The first one is a phone interview, mostly standard interview questions. If you get the next round, you will have to complete 2 assessment and then you’ll get to proceed to the 2nd round. The 2nd round is mostly critical thinking and role playing.
