The interview process and the environment were very professional. I ended up taking another offer in the end but GEICO was a close second. I highly recommend trying to find a position at this company.

The interview is literally like a SCAM! I received a pre-interview homework with very vague instructions before I even talk to someone. It took me hours to build a dashboard. No feedback from the team and I have no idea how they will use my work. Is this even legal nowadays? I got an interview later but the recruiter is so unprofessional, who can’t keep the words and shows no respect of my time. I declined the interview. I’ll never apply for GEICO for the sake of respecting myself.
The interview process was the usual of behavioral questions and situational questions. There are phone calls, then zoom calls available for various positions. If you are selected with each step, you get emails to move forward.
