I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO (Macon, GA) in Feb 2020
Interview
Unrealistic role playing, uncomfortable environment with many distractions. Rude hr staff who gave very little information when seeking clarification. Testing was outdated and unrelated to the actual job. Would’ve been better if it was more realistic
Interviewed with 1 person and then had a second round with 2 people. They asked many of the same questions. They were very nice and helpful when I asked questions about the company myself.
Interview process went rather well although we had to change a few times
During the interview they were open to us asking questions and seem to answer in a sincere manner
