Basically if they say they are going to email or call you in 3 days and let you know something you didn't get it because GEICO does everything for their new hires in the same day they are full of poopie I made a simple mistake on the MOCK CALL and they said bye...but the thibg about it is that training is 3 WHOLE months and she basically said im not trainable. RUDE company I want to work there because of the pay and benefits until something else came along but I hear from current employees they are or your back and get on you about everything...maybe thats why the turn over rate is so high... even with all of this I would still apply because of the pay and the raise every yr. But this is a warning for new applicants the hardest part is the MOCK CALL.
I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO (Richardson, TX) in Jun 2017
Interview
So my entire process for the CSR position for geico was about two days . I had to do a phone interview first and then I was invited to come in and do some testing which consisted of a typing test and a multitasking test as well . I was able to past those both . Next would be meeting with the recruiter and doing 3 different role playing test over the phone . I passed that as well with flying colors ! After that the recruiter asked me to come in the next day to do some shadowing on the floor and meet with the hiring manager . I shadowed the employee for about 45 minutes to an hour and the hiring manager took me in her office and asked me a couple questions about my experience & skills after that she discussed compensation , training times , & state licensing . Then she told me that the recruiter would call me to let me know what time to come in to meet the district manager for my 4th interview ! I didnt receive a call instead I received an email saying I did not get the position
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GEICO (Woodbury, NY)
Interview
1 step is a phone interview, 2nd a computer test that will test your ability to multi task and type. If you don't pay attention you will fail. Then they put you in a room with files and a phone to test your ability to help customers on the fly. If you pass then they will put you thru another 2/3 interviews.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2016
Interview
First, you had to pass a computer test. If you passed the test you moved to the second interview, which they asked you basic interview questions. If you passed that then you moved to the 3rd interview. 3rd interview was the most difficult.
