A phone interview followed by a 3-part final round interview. The interviewers were nice, but some interview questions required specific knowledge about insurance models. Overall, it was a good interview process.

Interview
Their hiring department is the absolute worst across all locations. They don't care about anyone's time and will ghost you. This happened to me when applying to two different roles. They don't even have the etiquette to tell you that they're not considering you anymore. For this role, I was first asked to do useless, unrelated tests and then there was an initial interview with one of the hiring managers. The hiring manager was friendly and the interview was a rundown of my skills and projects relating to the role. After that, they told me they wanted to move me to a second-round interview. I accepted and provided my availability but never heard back from them.
