Interview
I applied online the process was very easy. Then I got an email to set up a remote interview. It gave me a list of times and days I can choose the day I want. On that day I was supposed to get a link emailed to me so I can set up on computer but I didn’t get it. I did get a phone call and she asked me if I would just like to do a phone interview and I said it was fine. She asked me a few questions about my work history and a couple of what would you do in this situation questions. She then placed me on hold for a few minutes and came back on and offered me the job on the spot but the first class they could set me in was over a month away.

There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.
