Interview
First they did a phone interview to ask me if the wage was acceptable and to verify some of the information that I submitted online. Then, they had me come in and take a computer test to see if I could complete somewhat simplistic tasks like entering information in the correct dropdown area and identifying hearback/readback errors. There was a role-playing scenario that required me to read an insurance customer service manual and answer questions from customers according to what I had read.

Prepare yourself for a long day of testing and interviews but if you make it through you have a very good chance of getting a job! You will typically start with a phone interview then if you pass that you will go onto a computer test, another test and then a couple 1:1 or 1:2 interviews.
