GEICO themselves has contacted me for a position and scheduled an initial interview with team members which went well and they mentioned I will definitely hear back from them for next round. After not hearing anything for around a month, I contacted them through Email and there was no response but through Workday they sent out status has position is no longer required. Just wasting my time for the position which is not required.

Question 1
Just some basic questions about insurance and technical questions about the product we are working on.
Initial phone screen by recruiter and hiring manager. Both of them were very professional. Gave me a take home test that I completed on time. Got update from the recruiter that they are reviewing. Followed by a rejection email after couple weeks.
Recruiter scheduled a call with the hiring manager -> loop contained 3 rounds, DSA, System Design and Behavioral. Everything went smooth and the DSA was a hard question where i implemented the segmented trees
Screening -> Recruiter Call -> 2 LC style questions -> Sys Design & Behavioral
Completely unprofessional behavior from the recruiters. They ghosted me, after they set the wrong expectations for the interviews. Not worth your time to work for such a company.
