Interview
First step in the process is a phone interview, they ask you basic questions about history,tell me when kinda questions. If you pass that, your asked to come in for an interview and assessment. The process is about 3 hours depending on how far you get. First part is a multi tasking and typing speed test. Pretty easy. Then you interview with a HR person, pass that you do a role play where you act as a CSR for a fake company. Not hard, but try to memorize as much as you can in 25 min. But overall I felt like my time was wasted. Too long of a process to be on the phone and computer all day. I mean really.

Question 1
Tell me when you went above and beyond for a customer.
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Interview
Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
