It was 8 hours of interviewing and a panel. They asked STAR questions and they offered me a lunch. They were very nice. They let me sit with phone reps.

Interview
At first I had a phone interview, then the next stage of the process was a series of tests on the computer at their location. They were online simulations, personality tests, and a role playing test. It was a fairly easy process, but the tests were rather difficult in nature if you were not prepared properly. They gave no indication prior to coming in on what the tests would be.
