The interview process was smooth, I did a phone interview and in person interview. The phone interview, I was asked general questions about my work experience in the hotel industry and how my work experience would be beneficial working at the Geico agency. During the in-person interview I was asked to take a few entry level practice test. It was followed up with additional questions about my work experience and how I would deal with particular situation while taking insurance calls over the phone.
