Interview
First part of the interview is a ten minute phone interview. Pretty standard questions about yourself and why you want to work for the company. They will then schedule you for a written test consisting of simple math and spacial recognition.
Test is timed and takes about an hour.
Month long process and start format questions . Cognitive assessment was given as well. Not able to remember in which order. I also had a virtual interview with a nice lady who then offered me the job after the interview.
Easy, first you take a keyboard and personality test, Then you interview with a manager. After, they will send you either an offer letter or a letter advising over choosing other candidates.

A situation where I had to help someone in the workplace.
Panel interview. Simulation style interview to see how well you can handle tasks and stress. Stay calm and prioritize all of the tasks. Something will lack but it has to be insignificant.
