Interview
First round was a phone screen with HR. Straight forward behavioral questions such as tell me about a time when you had conflict with a team member. Asked me my experience with extracting data. Second round was another phone interview with a Senior Analyst in Chevy Chase. This was also mostly behavioral. Walked through my resume and asked me questions about my experience with project management and analyst type work.

Interview
Went through 3 over the phone interviews with different managers within the program. These conversations were very casual and they are just trying to get know you as a person and the skills you can bring to the table. They talk a lot about the program and how you can move up with the company if you have to drive to do so.
