The interview process was very long. I spent about a month waiting for an intevriew. I did all my testing in one day. So it is like phone screen, then second interview, then final intevriew with recruiter. Then computer tests, and then role play and then Hr manager interview. Then job shadow and then final panel interview.
Pretty lengthy interview process.. it is four rounds. Phone interview, a second phone interview, role play, then panel interview My best advice would be to stay calm and collected during role play that’s all they’re wanting to see is how well you work under pressure
3 Rounds. Not very difficult at all. Standard resume interview for the first round. Second, interview with manager and scenario testing. Third round with the Director and AVP. Questions are straight forward. If you're a good person you shouldn't have too much difficulty
