Interview
Long and drawn out. Several steps, some being unnecessary. There aren't proper interviewers in place and they all just essentially wing it. They cherry pick candidates and aren't screening properly. Just looking to fill desks.
Three phase process. Usually hired within the company. Sometimes they hire out for TCRI. Which is what my interview was for and I was an outside hire. You get interviewed. Then I had to sit with someone and watched. Last step was a second interview.
Miserable. They have you pretend answer calls and fake file papers. Fake deal with disgruntled customers. For like 4 hours. It was the weirdest thing I have ever experienced. In the first day of training everyone laughs about how miserable it is. Do not recommend.
