I applied online. I got the email the next day of the foretasted pay and hours and to email with the best time to take the test. I went in the following monday to take the test and I really thought I failed but I passed they scheduled an interview right there I went in the following Thursday I got there at 1:30 I didnt leave until a little after 7pm most of that time was waiting. The first part is a interview took about an hour then a role play after was shadow in the call center for about 45 min and then the final interview. Thinking I was doing great, after all I did make it all the way to the final interview that went better than the first initial interview in my opinion, I did not get the Job and a complete waist of time. I think I was over qualified to them. I do have my bachelors and I read a lot on here that ppl that have theirs did not receive the job.
