Interview
I applied online and received an email the next day to schedule a phone screening. I did the phone screening and was invited to an on site interview. I had the on site interview the next week. Be prepared to stay all day long, I was there from 9am-4pm. When I arrived there were about 10 other people testing at the same time. We had to do a computer multi tasking test first which was pretty easy but required a lot of work at once. Once completed we all waited for results and were told individually if we made it to the next step. Then I was called back into a 1 on 1 with someone from HR where I was asked a series of basic interview questions as well as situational ones. Once I passed this she invited me to start the role playing. This was the most difficult/stressful part of the day. We had to act like we were working for a fake insurance company while handling fake 'calls' and letters. I found out I passed this and was asked to proceed with the final step which was shadowing and the manager interview. They brought me up for the shadowing and said I'd be shadowing for about an hour-2 hours but after 15 mins the department manager came and got me. He asked me some interview questions and then offered the job!! It was a long day but well worth it!

Fairly Easy, they will ask you situational questions that describe your judgement and will allow, them to understand your rationale in very difficult situations. They describe the role of the position and how you will deal with customers on a daily

Question 1
Tell me about a time that you faced a difficult situation and how did you deal with it?
I aced the computer-based test. It was stuff that I knew from my years in retail. During the first interview, I was told that they could not find a manager for the second interview and excitedly told me if I did not hear from them to call them Friday of that week. That day I was sent a denial in an email and was frankly disappointed that they got my hopes up for a second interview.

Interview
Very long interview process. After applying you are invited to do a personality test and run a simulation program to test multitasking. You are then scheduled to do a phone interview that lasts about an hour mostly focusing on what you would do in hypothetical situations and previous work experience. After this, you are scheduled for a role-play interview online which can be very tricky and definitely the hardest part of the interview process, try to read the documents provided thoroughly and take notes. After that you do a video interview with a hiring manager answering further questions. I took me about 2 weeks but you can theoretically schedule everything in the same day.
