Interview
The interview process was long. The best advice that I can give is to read the instructions THOROUGHLY in each step of the testing. The multitasking test is simple if you have decent computer/typing skills. I'd suggest doing a typing test a day or so before just to sharpen up your skills. Role play made me nervous & I stumbled through it but still passed. Again, read the instructions CAREFULLY & have good phone etiquette. Hr interview was simple just have some previous experiences ready & study some STAR method interview questions. Once you've gotten this far you're pretty much home free. Yes the process can be exhausting but remain friendly the entire time & show a will to work.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had metrics to meet at another job. How did you keep track of your progress with those metrics?
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.
