Interview
I had applied for this position in June 2015 and was not hired on until September 2015. Long process! Had to submit to hair follicle drug screen, criminal background and credit check, and previous employment check as well. My interviewer was the managing attorney and he was very nice and very informative about the company. I came out of there very confident about wanting to join the company. Before the interview I had done minimal research on the company because the job posting was very informative but later learned that the company had excellent perks and benefits such as profit sharing, excellent health care plans that are affordable, and much more. I was sightly nervous about being under-qualified for the position but they selected me out of 6 other applicants, which I was very grateful for. The interviewer encouraged me to reapply if I was not picked out of the other applicants which made my hopes for getting the job very low. He had explained to me that he thought I was a great applicant ofr the position but that he did have 6 others to interview..Thankfully I was picked!. Moral of the story: Even if you do feel under qualified, apply anyway! Just go in there with confidence. Also, I sent him a thank-you card the next day.

Interview
I was called in for an interview the same day I submitted my application. It was super short and fairly simple. I got a call later in the day offering me the position. The position needed to be fillies fast it seems.

Interview
Interviewed by all the secretaries and the supervisor. One girl was only there 2 months herself and she had input in whether people were hired. What a joke.
