The phone interview was very dry. The woman conducting the interview sounded like she was just going through the motions of hitting the mark on a checklist. I was told I would receive an email with a link to come into the building and test plus possibly interview. I never received the email.

Why are you no longer with your previous employer? What have you been doing during the past 12 months.
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.
