Interview
Interview process is ridiculous. I received an email to take the test. Test has different paragraphs and you answer questions relatiting to it then you have to count blocks. Not too hard. Then a breif phone interview. After that you have to have another interview with management. After that is the role playing. It's really not too hard, it is ridiculous but not hard. Just relax and don't lose your cool. After that you have to meet with a claim manager to interview again. If you're a woman, good luck. He kept asking me questions about how I would handle myself working in a male driven environment. I thought it was unprofessional. He continued to talk about me being a " female claims adjuster." Don't waste your time with this company. The process is ridiculous for the salary. Oh and the school you go through is pass/fail. If you fail one thing your fired.

Good experience with this company and interview process. They asked questions pertaining to past job experience and questions regarding the job itself. The recruiter was nice and friendly, as well.

Interview
applied and was asked to do a assessment which was pretty straightforward. Then did a 20 min zoon interview with a recruiter. They explained a little about the job, salary, training and that I would be invited for a 2nd interview with the leadership team. A little strange interview also, they didn't really ask any questions about myself, just asked how many times I've shown up late for work in my past job and why I had a gap in my employment. A few days later I got a automated email that the job had been filled already. Seems just because you are told you made it to the 2nd and final round doesn't mean you will. They seem to hire first come first serve.

Interview
I did a zoom interview, which wasn’t the issue. The issue was I felt like there were no questions asked linked directly to the job I was applying for. I’m use to more behavioral based questions and they asked a lot of random filler questions, had me guessing why are they even interviewing me??
