1/ HR calls you and they sum up the job/tasks, requirements, training and pay they offer.( Training is 1 month in Va than 1 month in Tampa ( for FL) and one month at your home base.
If you agree with all the conditions you will soon receive an online spatial recognition and reading comprehenson test.
2 / Once you receive a test just use your 3D vision and don't worry about the time. The reading comprehenson is pretty straightforward, if you graduated from high school it should not be an issue.
3/ A couple of days after you passed the test , a recruiter will call you for a phone interview. Regular STAR interview make sure you have multiple examples from previous jobs how you handled and resolved a difficult situation with an irate customer. Than the recruiter will ask questions such as : how would you react if they would accuse you with lying cheating the customers. Just stay calm, nothing personal, they try to upset you and see how you react to stressful situations.
4/If you passed this stage you will be called for the dreaded role play interview for a Geico location.
You can not prepare for this interview, my only advice is to take the schedule you receive and put it on the left side of the table the files they give you on the right side and read it over and over ( you have 30 minutes to prepare) Once you grip it what your role exactly is and how to play it , the role play should not be difficult. The CD what you have to listen at the beginning and all other papers which cover the desk are just obstructing you , I personally set it aside. Focus on the daily schedule on you left and the files on your right and everything will be fine.
5/After this ( maybe couple of days later ) you will have a One on One intyerview with a manager/supervisor , very basics, similar to step 1 just a little more detailed.
Seeing the attrition of this position I find the interview process an overkill, definitively for an entry level job. Obviously it does not work as this position is constantly open.
