Interview
Was a very long process. After being there for 7 hours I ended up making it to the last stage, however we ran out of time so I'm still waiting to hear back from Geico. Everyone was very chilled and friendly. The interview was very intense and require strong attention to details and decision making on the spot. But I enjoyed it and even if I don't get hired, I think this interview has prepared me for other interviews.

I applied online and was extended an offer to complete a phone interview the same day. I received an email from HR/Recruiting asking for my undergraduate and graduate transcripts.
The following day my phone interview was canceled and they sent a generic email saying I wasn't selected and to apply to other opportunities. While my undergraduate GPA was not the highest, I was determined to continue my education journey. Furthermore, I earned my MBA and finished with a 3.0 during a pandemic. I've never been judged so harshly simply based on my scholastic achievement.
