GEICO interview questions

Lengthy interview process. I initially applied for a different position through the website, and was then contacted by a recruiter saying that the position was already filled but I would be a good fit for a different job and encouraged me to apply. Afterwards, I had to complete a PMA excel test, and fill out a questionnaire. I was finally offered a job interview. The interviewer told me I answered the questions very well, and that I would hear back from the recruiter about the next step in the hiring process. After a week I still had not heard anything which was unusual because the recruiter had always emailed me promptly after each step. I thanked her again and asked if I was still under consideration for the position. It's been a little under a month and I still have not heard back. After such a long hiring process I would expect at least enough respect to receive a rejection email, but apparently GEICO's hiring team is not that courteous.

Applied online took the personality test, then got an email to schedule an phone interview then after the phone interview i was asked to come in to take multi tasking test if i passed then i would continue on to a face to face interview. which I did then continue with a simulation exercise that then got me to continue on with sitting with a representative for about 2 hours then having my very final interview with the Manager which offered me the job right on the spot.
