I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GEICO in Dec 2021
Interview
I applied online and then about a week later was emailed to set up a phone interview. I setup the time for the following day in the afternoon. The woman I spoke with had zero enthusiasm and no interest in even speaking with me. She sounded like she just woke up and was being forced to ask me questions.
The first question was about if I'm okay to work in an office and then followed that with asking about my previous work experience. She didn't ask any behavioral type questions or much of anything really then she just wanted to know if I was ever late to work and then she said she would get in touch with me once she speaks with her supervisor. Later that night I got an automated response saying that I will not being moving forward.
I'm glad the process was quick and not dragged out though. The person interviewing me should really consider another line of work because she sounds likes she does not like her job at all. I've had many interviews over the years and this was by far the most lifeless interview I've ever had.
