The people who want to apply are told to show up on a certain day. Once we show up, we’re then directed and told to fill out paperwork. When this process is done, the staff then starts taking photos of all the applicants in order to create ids. The registration process concludes once the ids have been created and handed to us. Finally, before letting us go, we’re told our start date and what to expect when we start working.

I went to their open interviews and when i got there they had me sign in with the security guard then come into the factory and had me fill out some paperwork, took a tour of the factory, sat down for the interview , and last went to talk to the human resources personals.
