      Sales Professional Interview

      Sep 22, 2023

      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at GHA Technologies in Aug 2022

      Interview

I was invited into a Zoom Meeting with multiple applicants. During this meeting they tell you about how amazing the company is, but it sounds exactly like a pyramid scheme. Afterwards, you'll receive a followup email from "HR" asking if you're still interested and if they can set up a meeting with a local manager. It's all very grindy and "Insurance Sales" like in the process of the interview. After you talk to the "local manager" you are told that they are always short staffed because the laziness of people. You'll then be asked if you are lazy. Well of course you aren't! But they will then turn on you and make you feel like you're a slob. But they'll tell you that they will gladly pay thousands of dollars in "training commissions" after you sign your contract to help get you started. Unfortunately, once you get your contract you'll realize how much smoke they've been blowing. The contract I was presented had a base salary that was less than the legal minimum wage, In addition while they TELL you that you will get paid for training during your "ramp up period" the real truth is you're expected to sell upwards of $1M in sales during that ramp up period to help cover those costs. So if you sign the contract, you're expected to make the minimums or else you will be "let go" (fired) and forced to pay back the "calculated value of the training provided during the ramp up period." The moment I read that I threw the messages in the trash. I would not recommend you sign ANY package for this company no matter what they offered. It's a clear MLM/Pyramid Scheme that hides behind a technical resellers license and calls themselves an MSP.

We don't interview multiple people at the same time. We provide $5k for your first week of training. After that you can earn $1500 per week just for making your calls and meeting with one midsize business. After that you can earn 200% for the first 90 days of orders. GHA is one of the top 100 Value Added resellers in the country with 33 years of proven success.
