Very thorough, several levels of interviews were involved. Team of senior staff members were friendly and easy to talk to. Be prepared to answer work related questions on the spot.

Lead engineer within the department and HR individual was present. Standard behavioral type questions from HR individual. Not many - if any at all - technical questions were asked (since this was a junior role). Relaxed atmosphere in their boardroom.
