Smooth. Informative. Well-organised. Comfortable. All stages of the interview process was professional and you go to know various level of the team. Questions asked were a mixed of the basic interview questions and questions tailored to the job. You learnt more about the team and projects GHD Advisory worked on throughout the interview.
It was a three stage interview process. Short telephone call, Interview with senior advisor/manager, interview presenting and then answer exam-style questions and chat with team members. It was all done online at the time.

What factors would impact the consumption of coffee in the UK?
The interview process was relatively easy and the questions were more focused on soft skills and approach to collaboration, problem solving etc. My interview was with a team manager and the talent acquisition representative. I heard back within that same day so it was a very quick process.
