Interview
Took a long time to get back after application. Had multiple interviews with hr, team leaders and managers and then a long wait before the offer. Once offer was made the process was very quick.
GHD’s process is thorough, beginning with an online application and digital screening. Candidates progress through video interviews, psychometric assessments, and behavioral-based interviews with the team. For graduates, a group assessment center often precedes the final offer.

first was a call from HR, then 2nd round was a 1 hour interview with hiring manager and another manager. Typical interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. They asked preferred office to work in.
