Interview
Had a phone interview. Went through my experience and provided references then discussed salary expectations. No tests involved because had worked with people before. Was pretty straightforward because at the time they needed people to fill positions. Had a second interview to go over salary and potential roles available. Then came to agreement on role that best suited me.
