I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (London, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
I applied through my university's career hub. I was contacted a couple days after and we arranged a phone call. The phone call was pleasant and straight-forward. She asked me about my CV and past experiences. But she started the conversation by asking me: what does GLG do? You need to know this.
I was invited to a face-to-face interview in London. It's a 3 part interview with 3 different people. First one is simple, asks you about why you want to join GLG and what is their business model. The second one is based on role-play. You will need to pretend to call a potential expert and convince them to join GLG. The third one is a case study to understand what experts you would call if a client had a problem.

Interview
The first step is sending CV and Cover Letter online. Afterwards, they invite you to do a video interview. If they like you, they invite you for a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very pushy and I did not prepare at all so I was not successful. There would have been 2 more rounds of interviews with role plays and case studies before the job offer.
