Interview
It started with a screening interview (video with questions, no interviewer), phone call with recruiter, first round interview in office with a behavior interview, role play, case study, then final round interview in office with behavioral questions with more senior management. Interviewers were friendly and seemed genuinely to want you to do well, though in the final round they seemed to want specific answers to questions and looked for them. They want to see you'd be fully committed to the role and wouldn't leave a few months in. Went through the full process and didn't receive an offer, but it brought to light this wasn't the field I wanted to work in. Positive interview experience with a range of mini interviews. Three interviews with three people in each round in office.

What attracted you to GLG, what would you hope to get out of the job, how would you handle relationship/conflict with a superior, what other roles are you applying to, why GLG if you come from a different field, how would you handle a manager giving you work when you've already got projects, etc
First round interview included introductory CV discussion, and then a role play exercise and a case study exercise.
Final round consisted of 3 interviews, and was competency based and culture based.

The first step is sending CV and Cover Letter online. Afterwards, they invite you to do a video interview. If they like you, they invite you for a phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very pushy and I did not prepare at all so I was not successful. There would have been 2 more rounds of interviews with role plays and case studies before the job offer.
