During the initial 1 hour phone screen the interviewer asked a few general-knowledge programming questions. Required no real in-depth thought, mostly "what does X mean?" We also talked for a bit about the culture at GLG, what I was looking for, and he answered questions I had about the company. The second (final) interview was a 1 hour project presentation to the team. I chose a weekend project app I made. I think they're generally looking for something that has an interface, a database, and an API, although it seems like they're open to cool projects of other sorts as well. After the presentation, we went out for a low-pressure lunch at a nearby restaurant.
