HR screening call then moved to mid level manager, a case study, case review and 2 other senior level / team lead, took a little over a month and another two weeks for final decision. Hope the process is more efficient and perhaps make the final decision faster and provide some feedback since final candidates spent over a month of time interviewing, rather than a single generic email from a subscribed list which could end up in spam.
