HR interview over the phone, online personality assessment, management interview over the phone, and a final in-person interview with senior management. GLG is very transparent about the entire process, offering an interview guide via PDF with all of their correspondence emails. Definitely read through the whole thing, as it gives you clues on what they're looking for. They required a good understanding of the role and the company.
