I applied online. I interviewed at GM Financial (Arlington, TX) in Apr 2025
Interview
Was quite lengthy and will be tough if you don’t prepare for it beforehand. Interviewers will grill you so make sure you’re familiar with the material and job description. It definitely pushes you to think beyond a surface level.
Mostly typical behavioral questions, how do you work in teams etc. Give examples. A few questions about how much experience you have in the area. Phone screen first then interview with hiring manager.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GM Financial (Fort Worth, TX) in Nov 2023
Interview
Overall not too bad. I only had two rounds of interviewing: one HireVue screening and then an interview with the hiring managers. They took a while to get back to me after the HireVue but after the first actual interview, they contacted me within a week.
