I thought I was in the interview process. What I mean is I received and email to schedule a phone screen with the recruiter. That was Friday, today is Tuesday and I haven’t heard any confirmation of the phone call expected this week. I have sent two emails now to the recruiter and I plan to give them a phone call tomorrow, early afternoon. I’m not sure why but recruiters seem to do this often. It would make more sense for them to either not send an invitation for phone screen or actually carry through with their request. I’m still puzzled. I would love this position.
