I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GM Financial (Arlington, TX)
Interview
A bunch of old men, disconnected from reality. Not a single woman during all of my interactions with this company. I felt rushed during my virtual interview. It’s impossible to gain a feel for a candidate in under 15 minutes, virtually, in which the interviewer does all of the talking and only asked behavioral questions. Very unproductive.
