There were 3 rounds: a phone call by HR, a SAS and skills assessment, and an interview/ presentation with department leadership.
1. The phone call was just a brief rundown of the job requirements and interview process. HR is super nice and helpful, and if you are familiar with SAS and comfortable working hybrid out of Fort Worth, etc, then you are good.
2. SAS and skills assessment isn't too bad. SAS questions are basic, and the skills assessment is SHL quantitative reasoning (untimed). If you pass, they follow up with the real interview pretty quickly.
3. Presentation and Interview with VPs over MS Teams. You present an econometric/ data analysis project that you have done in the past, answer questions about it like your reasoning etc, and then it moves on to a behavioral interview. For the project, aim for things that could be applicable, and focus on actionable insights.
