Interview
Meet with store manager, basic behavioral questions. Asked about prior work experience, your interest in the job, what you know about supplements and the health industry, what supplements you take, etc. Following that there was a phone interview with the Regional Sales Director. He asked more detailed questions about my sales experience, customer service experience, how you would handle certain situations.

How you interact with customers, build the sale, handle difficult situations
Easy interview since the person really needed someone to hold the cashier position. All I had to prove was that I could do math and if I was available during the week.
Lied to during interview about bonus, never received any compensation. Non existent don’t count on getting anything other than hourly
Hourly pay is very low, not worth the effort due to manager responsibilities
The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. If I might add, was very standard as well. Know a little about products and supplements, health and fitness, and you will be golden
