Interview
Very informal and basic. Talked about the store and benefit (one benefit-30% discount to encourage employees to buy products so we can then sell them). The manager was pleasant and sadly it is hard to find help at the store because of the insulting pay.
Easy interview since the person really needed someone to hold the cashier position. All I had to prove was that I could do math and if I was available during the week.
Lied to during interview about bonus, never received any compensation. Non existent don’t count on getting anything other than hourly
Hourly pay is very low, not worth the effort due to manager responsibilities
The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. If I might add, was very standard as well. Know a little about products and supplements, health and fitness, and you will be golden
