Interview
Three interviews: one at the local branch, one at the regional, the last at the local with corporate there. The first one focused on my past experience, the second explaining the position responsibilities, and the third focused on the overall fit of the position and how long I saw myself staying with the company.
Easy interview since the person really needed someone to hold the cashier position. All I had to prove was that I could do math and if I was available during the week.
Lied to during interview about bonus, never received any compensation. Non existent don’t count on getting anything other than hourly
Hourly pay is very low, not worth the effort due to manager responsibilities
The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. If I might add, was very standard as well. Know a little about products and supplements, health and fitness, and you will be golden
