Interview
It was easy, just basic questions about supplements, why you want to work at Gnc, goals you have, and then you trying to sell them a product that you take. If you get the second interview usually you got the job, however in some cases, the process is long sometimes even waiting a month. Training is for a few weeks, and they could fire you for anything under the first 90 days under probation.
Easy interview since the person really needed someone to hold the cashier position. All I had to prove was that I could do math and if I was available during the week.
Lied to during interview about bonus, never received any compensation. Non existent don’t count on getting anything other than hourly
Hourly pay is very low, not worth the effort due to manager responsibilities
The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. If I might add, was very standard as well. Know a little about products and supplements, health and fitness, and you will be golden
