Applied online and went into the store to drop off my resume. Introduced myself to the Manager and had an interview within the next couple days. First interview was with the manager and then second with the Regional Manager. Overall super simple. Want to make sure you understand the basics of supplements and can run the store yourself. Be a quick learner.
Easy interview since the person really needed someone to hold the cashier position. All I had to prove was that I could do math and if I was available during the week.
Lied to during interview about bonus, never received any compensation. Non existent don’t count on getting anything other than hourly
Hourly pay is very low, not worth the effort due to manager responsibilities
The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. If I might add, was very standard as well. Know a little about products and supplements, health and fitness, and you will be golden
