I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GNC
Interview
The interview process is a little interesting. First, there is an interview with the store manager that you will be working for. If the interview goes well, you will be contacted for a second interview with another store manager around the region. If that interview goes well, you get the approval of working at GNC. The questions were very basic. If you have a good understanding of customer service, the interview will be a piece of cake. Most of the questions revolved around experience and basic scenarios.
Easy interview since the person really needed someone to hold the cashier position. All I had to prove was that I could do math and if I was available during the week.
Lied to during interview about bonus, never received any compensation. Non existent don’t count on getting anything other than hourly
Hourly pay is very low, not worth the effort due to manager responsibilities
The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. If I might add, was very standard as well. Know a little about products and supplements, health and fitness, and you will be golden
