Interview
The process first consisted of me just going in as a customer and talking nutrition withe the manager of the store. The next time i came in to look around the manager approached me about a possible part-time sales position coming open and if i would be interested in applying. I filled out my online application, and brought in a hard copy to the store.
My initial interview was with the before mentioned store manager, and then a follow interview by the RSD. I was hired after my interviewed had concluded with RSD.

Went over legalities to determine work eligibility, discussed benefits and pay expectations, and answered 4 basic questions about the job. Discussed job details, company policies, and how the pay relies heavily on bonuses and incentives to push sales.

I applied in June of 2023 and was offered a phone interview. It is now August 2023 and my interview was rescheduled 4 times. Each time, the interviewer called over 30 minutes late or not at all.

Most question are Sales related like sell me this pen. You meet with District Manager at one of the locations and the interview process is about 30 minutes. There's about 3 interview processes.
