My initial interview was in the phone and I told him some of the things I already knew about vitamins and herbs. He then asked me to meet him for a one on one interview. He asked me about my previous retail experience. He told me this would be a challenge and I told him I was ready for it.

very choppy and could not talk to the same person for the process. I couldn't find anyone to go through the interview process and I just kept getting passed around.

How would you manage a situation where an employee under performs?
Paper application; mostly sales focused and product knowledge is encouraged but not required. Strong business acumen is valued. Time management and scheduling capacity is asked about. Being familiar with planograms and store merchandising is important.

They emphasize the sales aspect of the position, and want employees to understand the job is based on performance. They ask normal questions as other reviews such as explaining though situations.
